Training any bird dog when he's a puppy requires a few basic essentials- pheasant wings, throwing bumpers and check cords.

Our sturdy check cords come in three colors, sunset yellow, hunter orange and camo. The high density poly woven fibers are easy on your hands and help prevent the hazards of rope burn. We recommend knotting every foot or so toward the back 5' or so- stepping on the check cord makes stopping your dog in a “hands free” fashion!
